Brief facts:
Three residential houses with 96 apartments being part of a larger apartment block. Two of the houses has restaurant on the bottom floors while the third house has commercial spaces. There is also garage below ground under two of the buildings. The exterior walls of the three houses varies from bearing poured-in-place concrete to Reynobond infill walls with structural steel columns. All three buildings have structural concrete floor plates. Two of the buildings are built in the water of Danvikskanalen.
