omniplans basic philosophy is to gather broad competence within the collaborators engaged in a project, thus reducing the number of persons involved and avoiding excessive fragmentation and lack of responsibility in the planning process. We work without internal departments or predefined professional boundaries, expecting everyone involved to feel responsible for all aspects of the built result.

omniplan has a special interest in younger architects and engineers with enough professional experience to feel confident in their ability to organise and design complex structures, skilled in presenting their ideas and impatient in their ambition to realise projects that could delight our clients and make the world a better place to live.

It is omniplans conviction that understanding and handling the complex relations between conflicting aspects is the fundamental competence for everyone with a leading position in a construction project. We want our staff to have architectural or engineering training and sufficient experience before growing into a project managing position, more resembling the traditional or continental tradition than contemporary Swedish mainstream.
