- Park Inn Hammarby, average class hotel with 177 rooms, restaurant, small conferens and relax with skybar
- Apartment hotel with 125 studios, approx. 32m2 with a kitchen den pentry, 7 duplex apartments, approx.58m2 with a roof deck
- Apartment building (co-op), 69 units divided between studios, 1-4 bed room apartments. Each unit has relatively large balcony.
- Pre-school, can host up to 45 children.
- Garage, 160 parking spaces.
