Brief facts:
The embassy needs to relocate due to the current location has become too small. The new location will be two private villas that will be connected. To be able to connect the villas, parts of either house needs to be demolished. New construction will be the around the reception, structural walls, a guard house and safety wall towards the street. The embassy will also get its own power generator as well as waste water will be restored.
